3 Ways to be Grateful Even When You Don’t Have the Time

Do you sometimes say thank you for the little things in life? I’ve got to be honest with you, I’ve slacked off a little with my daily gratitude journal. I’ve been feeling kinda good about everything recently, and that means I’m too busy living to stop and say thank you once in awhile!
But this week I got around to editing a mini-movie I made when I ran my free e-course as a workshop in my kitchen. Making this little four minute movie reminded me that the benefits of a gratitude practice include better mental and physical health, better quality sleep, increased self-esteem, decreased stress and much more satisfaction with your life!
So here are three ways to be grateful without taking up too much of your time.
1) Write down three things you’re grateful for each evening in your gratitude journal.
2) Join me on Mondays in the Special Sauce Facebook group to share what you’re thankful for.
3) Share this video with your friends on social media saying something like, “Thanks to Peggy I get what I like and I like what I get!”
